The VIP subscription which I purchased on 3 October 2023 (annual) is no longer active - I have visual of all commercial adverts.
Although, there should be no need to do this - I have tried to renew another annual VIP subscription but it does not allow me to do so. I get this response back ....
'Failed to update VIP Status Contact Support.'
I have sent a couple of emails to Tapatalk support and not yet received any acknowledgement or response.
Is this Support forum able to provide help please?
