Tapatalk Groups • Log In Issue and Problem

I am unable to log in to my Tapatalk group which is WhirligigTV.    I know I am using the correct name and password as I have used the same one for twenty years.  I keep getting  a message that Tapatalk refuses to connect.   Please help me by advisng me what is wrong ?  Or possibly even get me logged in?  Note that I do not want to change my name or Password.
