Tapatalk Groups • Network error (get_config) error

Hi im trying to access the Avid DUC forum, for some reason a few months ago I can't. When I try to add it or access it, the app return an error  saying  "Network error (get_config) error ". The forum is : https://duc.avid.com/ . Apparently the problem affect some users only.

Can somebody check what is happening ?
