Tapatalk Groups • Worldwide Seniors logon problems

We have had trouble with members not being able to logon. Even as the 'owner' I cannot logon using my logon name ... I stay logged on to the Support Group as Kahu as a means to letting you know of the problems.
An example of the frustration from a member who joined in 2010 below.
Please assist.

 ..... Well I was not in for long until they did not recognize me again. Unlike some I do not have the patience to try and be someone else.
