Tapatalk Groups • Shortcut Link Issue

I'm an Admin on my forum and we are having an issue where a thread's shortcut link on the home page that is supposed to send you to the latest post is instead sending you to the first post on Page 1 of the thread.

Is there a procedure to fix that?  I tried resyncing the thread, but that didn't work.
