I've been experiencing a recurring issue with accessing the CSKA.BG forum through Tapatalk and would appreciate any assistance or insights from the community.
I am a Tapatalk user with the paid version, and while I have successfully added and accessed 7-8 other forums without any problems, the CSKA.BG forum poses a challenge. The forum frequently disappears from "My Groups," where my followed forums are listed. However, when I check the "Subscriptions" tab I can still see the threads. The problem arises when I attempt to open a thread; I encounter the error messages "Sorry, you don't have permission to access this discussion" or "Network error, please try again later." (get_thread | CSKA.BG Forum).
I also receive notifications for new replies on the threads; however, I'm unable to open them.
Occasionally, when I try to open a thread from notification I receive a prompt to log in to the forum. Upon logging in, I can browse and view all content without issues until I close Tapatalk. Upon reopening the app, the problem persists.
I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including logging out and back in, reinstalling Tapatalk, and experimenting with different devices and networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data), yet the issue remains consistent. I've reached out to the forum admin, who assures me there are no reported problems.
I'm reaching out to the Tapatalk community hoping that someone might have encountered a similar issue or could offer guidance on resolving this matter. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
