Mobile App • Tapatalk not sending notifications

Hi. I am using Tapatalk for a couple forums. I have checked the settings to ensure that I can receive notifications once someone posts a message, however, I am not receiving any notifications. Another member is also experiencing the same thing. He has checked his settings as well but not receiving notifications either.

I am new to using Tapatalk so some help with this would be great.
