Mobile App • Forms that disappear from Tapatalk but still work for some people

I've lost my Nasioc forum from Tapatalk, it's still active for many others, but I get a couple of can't find or you're not allowed type of notifications. I can see my saved topics updating in my list but can't access them.

How do I get this fixed?
