Tapatalk Groups • Question about "last active" time stamp

I have a question about my member list. When it lists the "last active" information next to a member's name, is that the last time they were active on my board, or the last time they were active anywhere on Tapatalk?

If it's the latter, is there a way to see when they last visited my board?
