no way for me to get the last Tapatalk and vBulletin version run.

Not really rocket since to install and copy some folders, done as descripted in the readme.
I can put the
/mobiquo/mobiquo.php
into a browser and its reachable (just 0 content inside).
DB tables are existing.
From here i found some cloudflare settings, made the changes, no effect
