Tapatalk Groups • Issue with subscribe

Every time a member of mine goes to play any of the games it says he is subscribed to it even though he hasn’t clicked on it, he checks none are marked as sunscribed when he has finished but the next day he goes back and they are all marked as subscribed again can anyone help please
