Mobile App • Can’t log in

Hi, I have been using tapatalk on my iPhone and iPad for a few years and love it.
Recently however it’s stopped working.
I signed out on both devices, deleted the app, reinstalled. Now I can’t log in.
I’m not quite sure how I logged in originally - I think via Apple.
Nothing works.
Please help!
